Embroidery Technologies has Certified Technicians for Renaissance, Tajima, Brother, Happy and Melco Embroidery Equipment. Time and material rates for field and in-house service: Monday through Friday (9am to 5pm)$70.00 per hr. (1hr. minimum) $17.50 each ¼ hr. thereafter Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays $100.00 per hr. $25.00 each ¼ hr. thereafter
Will be charged at the rate of $50.00 per hour of travel time, round trip. If expense of travel exceeds reasonable driving time, Embroidery Technologies, LLC will determine if airline travel would be a more economical and faster means to site. In such cases customer assumes all expenses incurred (i.e.. airline ticket, food, lodging, taxi, parking, or rental car.)
Technician Part Replacement
All parts are billed at retail prices. Circuit boards are also billed at full retail, however some require a core or exchange with the replacement. All boards carry serial numbers for tracking purposes. All parts will be examined at Embroidery Technologies, LLC for determination of credit or returned to customer. A return authorization number must be obtained before parts may be returned. All freight costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Part Installation Support
Any parts ordered and installed by a customer without the technician being on-site will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Embroidery Technologies, LLC will give phone support (859-572-9788) to install any part, but will not give a warranty for the part itself when installed by the customer.
